This strategic housing development consists of a mixed-use development containing 5 No blocks providing 104 No residential units together with 1,536 sq. m of commercial use together with surface and basement car parking and related infrastructure to serve the proposed development. The development was granted permission by An Bord Pleanála in October 2019. Muir Associates were responsible for the engineering inputs into the planning application and for coordinating the inputs of related third-party consultants.
