This strategic housing development consists of the demolition of an existing 2 No storey house on the site and the construction of 102 No build-to-rent residential apartments in two separate blocks over 13-storeys along with ancillary residential amenities and a publicly accessible café. The development was granted permission by An Bord Pleanála in April 2021. Muir Associates were responsible for the engineering inputs into the planning application and for coordinating the inputs of related third-party consultants.
